Copy https://git.elfaconsortium.eu/ELFA/nextgraph/src/branch/main/sdk/js/examples/expense-tracker-rdf to here and update this repo's readme saying this is a partial copy of https://git.elfaconsortium.eu/ELFA/nextgraph.

Add instructions for running just this app in this repo's readme. make sure the license updates from just MIT to MIT + Apache.

Test the run instructions, show me the running app in the browser and wait for my approval to merge.
