Adds shopping-list-react with editable item text, removal, an empty add row, and native HTML drag-and-drop ordering persisted in hidden RDF position fields. Renames all five expense apps with the expenses- prefix and updates runner configuration, documentation, and tests.

Closes #22.

Validation: 75 unit tests and all nine production builds passed; Atomic, Joep, and shopping list type checks passed. Browser suite: 32 passed, four skipped, and two Vue timeouts which both passed on a focused rerun. Native wallet synchronization was not tested.
