Update the pinned NextGraph SDK packages: lib-wasm alpha.7 → alpha.8, ORM alpha.23 → alpha.24, shex-orm alpha.10 → alpha.11, and alien-deepsignals alpha.15 → alpha.16.

Compatibility fixes preserve behavior with the new releases:

Apply a reproducible pnpm patch for the upstream set-removal crash.
Drain tracked discrete writes even when commitTransaction now rejects, so a failed schema save can be retried.
Skip unchanged template values, preserving numeric RDF values when imports are repeated.
Expand the native protocol projection for existing numeric, date and duration literals while keeping scalar filter/order fields compatible.
Narrow the lens manager's set type before deletion.

Validation against current main (76ebc2e):

Frozen lockfile installation; generated shapes/templates remain unchanged.
All 419 unit tests, including native WASM persistence and schema retry tests.
Seven TypeScript configurations: delivery, shopping-list, runtime, issues, lenses, orm-query and port.
Production app builds and the final native editor build.
Browser suite: 85 passed, 4 skipped; the 4 failed checks all passed in a serial rerun (React/Solid category edits and Atomic draft/schema conflict checks).
All 9 native editor browser tests: writes, paging/filtering, saved views, schema changes and conflicts.

Repository Actions are disabled, so validation ran locally. Broker synchronization tests were not run.
