Draft experiment for the content-addressed semantic-definition counterproposal on https://github.com/ontola/atomic-server/issues/2243#issuecomment-6168088161. Atomic Server work is postponed; this PR changes database-apps only.

Adds db-table-editor-templates: a Create from template picker covering all 14 Atomic Server table starting points, with native row editing, search, sorting, table switching, schema download, and persistence through NextGraph. Repeated installations share semantic Property, Class, Tag and Ontology IDs while table names, storage pointers and row membership remain local.

The experimental BLAKE3 format hashes normative descriptions, datatypes, representations/units, and Class field contracts including requiredness, cardinality and enum references. It excludes drives, ownership and presentation. Definitions and reference closure are verified before runtime shape construction with defineShape. Complete snapshots live in native discrete documents and are verified through a fresh read before their RDF discovery records become visible; reload uses the stored snapshot rather than a newer catalog. The original upstream declarations, commit provenance and MIT license are bundled, and CI checks deterministic generation.

Try it:

pnpm db-app-runner db-table-editor-templates

This is an experimental identity protocol, not official Atomic Server schema support. Normative descriptions and equivalence decisions need review. It supplies data schemas in the existing grid; upstream boards, calendars, timers, computed columns/totals, file upload and integrations are not implemented. Definition editing/migration, recursive Class addressing, plugin registration and cross-user/broker sync proof remain follow-up work. Existing expense/task predicates and tables are not migrated.

Validation: 277 unit tests passed, including the real offline NextGraph WASM verifier's schema-document and RDF record persistence checks; all four template browser tests passed without retries, covering creation/editing of every template, same-type table isolation, reloads, validation, narrow screens and corrupted-schema rejection. Runtime type checking, the final Template Tables production build, and deterministic artifact generation passed. Full broker/wallet browser suites await CI.

Design, storage details and limitations: docs/semantic-templates.md.
