The existing twelve app experiments currently occupy apps/, alongside the proposed delivery apps. Move them to experimental/ while preserving CLI names and behavior. Partially rewrite the README to lead with ELFA Tables, Forms and Project, explain the new layout and retain the WP6 schedule and setup instructions.

Prepare the runner to discover app-local manifests, discover app-owned unit/browser tests, typecheck delivery apps in CI and provide the shared renderer dependencies and lockfile. Update imports, framework include paths, documentation and existing typecheck targets for the move. No delivery app implementation is added here.

First of four draft PRs replacing #67. The Tables PR targets this branch; Forms and Project target Tables so each app diff stays in its own folder.

Validation on the combined split: frozen-lockfile install; all 374 unit/integration tests; delivery, runtime, Atomic and Joep typechecks; three delivery browser workflows; production builds for all three delivery apps and the moved experimental template app; git diff --check. Native multi-user/offline/restart verification of the new workflows remains open.

Split review structure

  • #69: preparatory move to experimental/, partial README rewrite and runner/test infrastructure.
  • #70: apps/elfa-tables/ only; targets #69.
  • #71: apps/elfa-forms/ only; targets #70.
  • #72: apps/elfa-project/ only; targets #70.

Merge #69, then #70, then #71 and #72 in either order; retarget each dependent PR to main once its base is merged. Together these replace #67.
