Add ELFA Tables in apps/elfa-tables/: template-based collections, the existing schema grid, card and calendar views over the same NextGraph records. Own the reusable workspace here and accept explicit extra-view components from Forms and Project, avoiding imports from Tables into either app. Keep the experimental template app's original behavior.

All changes in this PR are confined to apps/elfa-tables/, including registration, documentation and browser tests. Stacks on the preparatory PR. Forms and Project both target this branch and can be reviewed independently.

Validation: Tables production build and fixture browser workflow pass, including edits and mobile cards. Combined split: 374 unit/integration tests and delivery/runtime/Atomic/Joep typechecks pass. The experimental template app also builds. Bounded alternative-view queries, calendar recurrence and native collaboration verification remain open. Draft implementation, not completed WP6 delivery.

Split review structure

  • #69: preparatory move to experimental/, partial README rewrite and runner/test infrastructure.
  • #70: apps/elfa-tables/ only; targets #69.
  • #71: apps/elfa-forms/ only; targets #70.
  • #72: apps/elfa-project/ only; targets #70.

Merge #69, then #70, then #71 and #72 in either order; retarget each dependent PR to main once its base is merged. Together these replace #67.
