Replace the checked-in @tomic/table preview tarball with an AtomicServer Git submodule pinned to the same source commit, 3c86288f1ea8cac3a73d8ec1e8a47c95833ae763. Git submodules reference whole repositories, so pnpm consumes browser/table through a local file: directory dependency after compiling it.

Add pnpm setup:table to initialize the pinned submodule, install its filtered workspace with the upstream frozen lockfile, and build the package. Run this before the app's frozen install in CI and document setup and upstream updates. Disable pnpm 12's automatic install before scripts so clean bootstrap builds the package before it is copied. Remove the archive and its redundant metadata.

Validation: clean bootstrap and frozen install passed; port typecheck and all app production builds passed. All 55 generated JavaScript/declaration files are byte-for-byte identical to the former archive. Unit suite: 418/419 passed on the full run, with the timed-out node-profile file passing all 5 tests on isolated rerun. Port browser suite: 8/9 passed on the full run, with the timed-out pagination test passing on isolated rerun.
